PNO Books – End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and [Reginald R. Louis Watkins] ("We," "Us," "Our") for the use of the PNO Books mobile application ("App"). By using PNO Books, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PNO Books for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not grant ownership of the content, and all rights remain with [Reginald R. Louis Watkins].

You may:
✅ Access and use the app for personal learning purposes.
✅ Download content within the app, where permitted.

You may not:
❌ Copy, modify, or distribute any content from the app.
❌ Reverse-engineer, disassemble, or tamper with the app.
❌ Use the app for commercial purposes without permission.

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content, including books, videos, music, graphics, and logos, is owned by [Reginald R. Louis Watkins] and protected by copyright laws. You acknowledge that PNO Books and its content remain the intellectual property of [Reginald R. Louis Watkins].

3. Subscription & Payment Terms (Future Updates)

Currently, PNO Books is free to use. If a subscription model is introduced in the future:

  • Subscription details will be provided in an updated version of this Agreement.

  • Users will have the option to subscribe or continue with free content (if available).

4. Restrictions on Use

You agree that you will not:

  • Share, resell, or transfer your access to the app.

  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to collect data.

  • Attempt to bypass security measures in the app.

Violating these terms may result in immediate termination of access.

5. No Warranty & Liability Disclaimer

PNO Books is provided "as-is" without any guarantees. We do not guarantee that:

  • The app will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

  • Content will be 100% accurate or meet your expectations.

  • The app will be free of bugs or technical issues.

We are not responsible for:
❌ Any damage to your device from using the app.
❌ Loss of data or access due to technical issues.
❌ Any consequences from misinterpretation of content.

Your use of the app is at your own risk.

6. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to PNO Books if:

  • You violate this Agreement.

  • You attempt to use the app in a prohibited manner.

  • We decide to discontinue the app or service.

If your access is terminated, you must delete the app and cease all use.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Kentucky/United States]. Any disputes must be resolved in accordance with these laws.

8. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of PNO Books after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
